The pool's cleanliness was a concern, with the water not being as clear as it should be-definitely room for improvement there. I encountered minor hiccups with room dining, as the quality of food fell a bit short of expectations.

They welcomed us with these amazing cookies! I mean, who doesn’t want to start with something sweet, right? Everyone was super kind, especially this guy Krishnan who made check-in so smooth. Plus, Siddharta from IT helped us out when our room was a bit too hot, that was solid service! The night staff, Shubham, was a real gem, always keeping us comfortable.
